He was born in Chicopee Falls, MA. After high school Doc joined the Air Force then went into sales. He married Laurel in 1979 in Redding, CA. As avid RV'ers, they enjoyed several trips across the country in their motor home. Doc loved golfing, hunting, fishing, camping and cooking gourmet meals with family and friends. Doc was a member of the Masonic Lodge, the Moose Lodge, the American Legion and the NRA. Doc is survived by his wife Laurel, daughter Debbie (Steve) Jacobsen -sisters, Jeanne Blanchette, Anne (Dick) Fleury, Marie (Stan) Slowik, and Frances DeLoria - brothers, Robert (Joan), Gerry and Jack (Judy) DeLoria. He was known as "Papa" by his 9 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. He was preceded in death by his son John, brothers Kenny and "Red" DeLoria. Memorials may be sent to the Cancer Society .
