The bible also states:
"Thomas Warren, private, Invalid Regiment cmmanded by Col. Lewis Nicola, Jan. 1779 to June 1779 in the return of the officers and men belonging to the Pennsylvania Line in the Invalid Regiment. (In reference all PA. Archives 2nd [Ser. ??? XI P. 285).
"I certify to the services of Thomas Warren in the War of the Revolution (1775-1783). William Henry, Esq. M.D., editor 2nd Series, Penna Archives."
