Obituary - Chateaugay Record and Franklin County Democrat, Friday, May 9, 1930

    Mrs. Thomas Reed

Mrs. Thomas Reed passed away at her home on Lake Street on Monday, following an illness of several months. Mrs. Reed, who was 83 year of age, had been a resident of the town of Clinton, practically all of her lifetime, coming to Chateaugay last October to make her home. She was well known throughout this neighborhood and many friends will learn with regret of her demise.

She is survived by her husband and two daughters, Mrs. Paul Patenode and Mrs. Fannie Perry, of Churubusco, also two brothers, Anthony Tavernier of Chateaugay, and Theodore Tavernier, of Springfield, Mass. and one sister, Mrs Walter Colby, of Brusher Falls.

Funeral services were held at St. Philomena's Church, Churubusco on Thursday morning.
